The wasteWOIMA® power plant consists of three product categories (WOIMAline®, common and auxiliary) based on their relative importance to the power generation process. WOIMAline® (powertrain) is our proprietary design and thus will always be delivered by WOIMA. However, the common and auxiliary materials and equipment contain mainly purchased or easy-to-manufacture items that can be sub-contracted or localized. If the customer’s technical know-how and skills are found sufficient, even licensing agreements can be considered.
The WOIMA business model relies on our ability to localize material manufacturing, project execution, as well as plant operations and maintenance.
We transfer the product and manufacturing know-how, operating & maintenance processes and train the local people to take full ownership of the solutions. This creates a win-win situation for both parties.
