The standardized modular structure of the wasteWOIMA® power plant enables the optimization of all maintenance work. The location of service platforms, accessibility of checkpoints and general arrangement of the equipment within the WOIMAline and on-site supports easy and fast maintenance with minimal disruptions to normal operations. In a multiple WOIMAline setup maintenance work can be performed on them consecutively thus limiting the power generation interruption to a minimum.
The WOIMA Remote Monitoring System (ReMoS) enables us to oversee the whole power plant process and predict its maintenance needs.
This reduces the number of unplanned maintenance breaks and also saves costs by improving maintenance planning. The modular structure of the plant also supports replacing complete modules with new ones instead of fixing or changing single components. Naturally, these new modules incorporate our latest design.
Benefits of maintainability
- Maximizes the availability and operability of the plant
- Offers tools for maintenance management
- Saves maintenance costs with better planning
- Ensures the use of Best Available Technologies (BAT)
- Supports the use of local maintenance personnel
